The admission process at Glenwood Country Day School is committed to working closely with each family applying to determine whether or not the applicant will be well-served by our program.
Admission decisions are reached with input from members of the faculty and administration. Each applicant is thoughtfully and thoroughly considered in light of admission criteria and the mission of the School. All decisions of the Admissions Committee are final.
Glenwood Country Day School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, or a person’s status as a qualified candidate with a disability in the administration of its educational program, admission policies, staff hiring and other administered programs.
The school visit is the most important part of the admissions process. Your visit will include a tour, curriculum presentation and an opportunity for you to share with us what makes your child unique. It is a chance for us to get to know your child and for your child to get to know us.
Glenwood Country Day School is a very individualized school, and it is important to us that we match well with all of our students.
Registration begins in September for the following year. While our rolling admissions policy provides flexibility for many, it also means families should register as quickly as possible, as we begin to fill seats immediately.
